Brief Hiatus

Hey, everyone! I feel like I’ve been doing way better with this whole “schedule” thing lately, but I’m afraid things have got on top of me this week, so I’m going to take a brief hiatus. A few updates:

I had my first Irish dance competition in seven years yesterday — and it went really well!

(This is hot on the heels of being involved in a production of Swan Lake just over a week ago.)

I’ve had the flu, a lot of uni work, and a series of bad pain days, so I haven’t read a huge amount lately, and I’ve written even fewer reviews.

Finally, I have a busy week coming up — it’s the end of term, which is always hectic, but I also have a job interview on Thursday and a St Patrick’s Day performance with the Irish dance society on Saturday to think about.

So, with all this in mind, I think my energies are best concentrated on preparing for those two things — and of course, reading books. With luck, I’ll be back next week, but it might take me a bit longer to get my brain in order — I’ll try and not let this hiatus last more than a couple of weeks, though.

See you soon 🙂
